Using a Domain Email for your Business

Hi, I’m Donna Bordeaux with Sweet Tooth CPA. I know many of you are very interested in your baking ideas and marketing may not be your forte, but I want to give you a simple idea today to help bring your level of marketing now.

If you are using an email for your business, make sure that you’re using your domain for your website. If you’re using Gmail or outlook or as your email provider, it brings you down a little bit. It’s not a great marketing tool, and if somebody gets an email from you, how did they find your website? They might not know what your web domain is.

Let’s make it easy on them, let’s line this all up and make it a professional effort by having your web domain be the same with your email. It’s not a really difficult task it doesn’t take a tech was to get that job done for you. If you want to use Gmail, it’s super easy, you just have to point your domain in the right place. And it will really only take you 10 or 15 minutes to do it.

Also, it gives you a more professional image when you’re talking with potential customers and when you’re making sales, it’s a lot easier for people to guess how to get in touch with you. If you don’t have your email established using your domain, if you were using one of the outside domains that don’t have your own web domain as your email, take this step to move into that next level and get the matching email address for your company and show everybody what great effort you put into your marketing. Creativity and CPAs don’t generally go together.  Most people think of CPAs as nerdy accountants who can’t talk with people.  Well, it’s time to break that stereotype.  Lively, friendly, and knowledgeable can be a part of your relationship with your CPA as demonstrated by Donna and Chad Bordeaux.  They have over 50 years of combined experience as entrepreneurial CPAs.  They’ve owned businesses and helped business owners exceed their wildest dreams.   They have been able to help businesses earn many times more profit than the average business in the same industry and are passionate about helping industries that help families build great memories.
